Just in case you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation.

Cancellations & Returns:

Cancellation policy: Once the order is shipped by the Seller then the order cannot be cancelled.

Return/Refund Policy: Once the Order is accepted or shipped by the Seller then the Shipping Charges will not be returned/refunded. Once the order is delivered the order will not be returned.

Logistics:

Delivery process: All deliveries are done through Logistics Partner. You will be informed when once your consignment is sent for delivery and will also be provided with a tracking number.

In-transit products insure: Only electronic items are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit.

Tracking delivery: All orders are tracked through our online tracker.
