WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You can track your order online with the tracking Id/link shared with you once the order is shipped. The details will be shared on the contact number provided in the order details.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Orders are usually shipped in 2-3 working days and are delivered in 4/5 working days
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping is free
CAN I PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) FOR MY ORDER?
We currently do not provide a COD option for orders. We accept most international credit cards like VISA, and MASTER and payments via Paytm or Google pay on request.
WHAT IS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We at Tripnme offer you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the received product for any reason, you can return it. Items will have to be in new condition and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category.
WHO BEARS THE DELIVERY CHARGES OF THE ITEMS RETURNED?
If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, defective or the wrong product was received from what was ordered, then Tripnme will bear the delivery charges else for any other reason delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.
